Belting It Out

Ready for another notch on the belt?

Who isn’t. But aside from that, ready to know what belt works for you?

Whether worn high-waited or around your hips, belts spice up any outfit and can give the appearance of a slimmer you. Something else we can all use.

Yinon Badichi, celebrity belt designer and founder of Badichi Belts in Soho, NY suggests the following belts for specific body types.

Tummy Tucker

While you may think that you should shy away from belts because your mid-section is the largest part of your body, you should actually do the opposite. A wide belt around the middle of your waist actually slims down your stomach.

Booty Blaster

Women with a little junk-in-the-trunk should wear a wide belt on the waist. This will enhance your figure even more.

Stretch Armstrong

If you have a short torso and want to appear to have a longer, leaner look, choose a belt that is the same color as your outfit. Wearing an opposing color will create the effect of cutting your torso in half.

Curve Craver

A wide thick belt may take over too much of your frame, so opting for a medium-sized or thinner belt will keep your body in proportion.
